Eufoton ist ein hochmodernes Verfahren, das die Haut durch Stimulation der Kollagenproduktion strafft und bei Bedarf übermäßiges Fett reduziert. Mit seiner einzigartigen Glasfaser-Technik können sowohl tiefe als auch oberflächliche Hautschichten behandelt werden – fast ganz ohne äußere Läsionen. ENDOLIFT® zählt zu den minimalinvasiven Laserverfahren der sogenannten endo-geweblichen (interstitiellen) ästhetischen Medizin.
Das neueste Gerät von der Firma Eufoton, LASEmaR® 1500, ist dabei von der US-amerikanischen Gesundheitsbehörde FDA zertifiziert und zugelassen, wird aber schon vor allem in Italien und Großbritannien sowie der Türkei regelmäßig angewendet. In Deutschland gehört ARTEO zu den Initiatoren dieser Behandlungsmethode.
Die Behandlung hat mehrere Ansatzpunkte: Sowohl in tiefen als auch oberflächlichen Hautschichten werden Bindegewebs-Septen durch die Laserenergie gestrafft, die Kollagenproduktion angeregt und bei Bedarf übermäßiges Fettgewebe reduziert.
Der eigentliche Haupteffekt von ENDOLIFT® ist die Förderung der „Hautstraffung“, d. h. die Induktion eines „Shrinking“-Effekts und damit das Verringern der Hauterschlaffung. Möglich wird dies durch Aktivieren der Neokollagenese und anderer Stoffwechselfunktionen in der extrazellulären Matrix. Die besondere Qualität der ENDOLIFT® -Technik ermöglicht es, die spezifische Wechselwirkung des Laserlichts im Gewebe ganz gezielt und selektiv anzuwenden: Je nach Behandlungsziel mehr Wasser oder mehr Fett, zwei der Hauptbestandteile des menschlichen Körpers.
In einem Beratungsgespräch sollte zuvor besprochen werden, was die individuelle Ursache der Gewebeveränderung ist und mit welcher Methode sie am besten behandelt werden kann. Mit Endolift® verfügen wir nun über ein Zusatztool, das die minimal invasiven und operativen Techniken perfekt ergänzt. Was ist Endolift® und wie funktioniert es?
Endolift ist eine Laseranwendung, die Hautverjüngung und Gesichtskonturierung kombiniert – und das weitgehend ohne äußere Blessuren. In Bereichen mit beginnender Hautlockerung haben wir somit jetzt eine zusätzliche, nicht-chirurgische Option. Hierzu zählen vor allem die Bereiche im Gesicht, Kinn, Hals und Taschen unter den Augen.
Das Verfahren benötigt übrigens lediglich eine intensive Luftkühlung oder leichte örtliche Betäubung, aber keine Inzisionen oder Anästhesie und unterscheidet sich auch in dieser Hinsicht von einer Operation.

Which vascular changes can be treated with the HOSPL laser?

How are vascular changes removed? How does the laser work?
In the past, the removal of vascular changes meant painful cuts and interventions, often multiple times. Today, dermatology uses lasers that focus rays, which have an immediate and lasting effect with few side effects and almost painlessly.
The HOSPL vascular laser works with a yellow wavelength (rays) of 577 nm, which corresponds to the absorption maximum of the red blood pigment, hemoglobin. The absorbed laser energy is converted into heat, which deliberately damages and sticks the affected vessel. The surrounding tissue, which consists mainly of water, on the other hand, hardly absorbs the yellow light at all, so that these areas of the skin are spared. By using a selective wavelength of 577 nm, the absorption in melanin, the pigment responsible for skin color, is lower; therefore this treatment has fewer side effects and darker skin types can also be treated gently. By attaching a scanner with integrated skin cooling, even extensive redness can be treated with few side effects and with a shortened regeneration phase.
What should be considered before treatment?
The skin should not be freshly tanned.
How long will the treatment take?
The duration of the treatment depends on the area to be treated. In the case of minor vascular changes, the treatment is completed after a few minutes. If extensive redness, for example on the cheeks, is to be treated, the treatment can take up to 30 minutes and a second session may be required.
Does the treatment have to be repeated?
Most of the time, one treatment is enough. In the case of a pronounced finding, e.g. a combination of extensive reddening and visibly enlarged vessels, we recommend our patients a two-stage procedure with two treatments at intervals of four to six weeks. In addition, pressure-related veins may widen again over time, so that even if the response to the treatment is good, follow-up treatments may be necessary after one to three years.
Is the treatment painful?
Since the HOSPL laser mainly picks up / absorbs light in the hemoglobin (red blood cell) area, the treatment is relatively painless. There may be a short stinging or an increased sensation of warmth. If you find the treatment painful, it is particularly important that you let us know immediately; we then help to cool the skin with cool packs and / or take a short treatment break.
What kind of side effects do I have to expect?
Immediately after the treatment, the skin will be slightly reddened and the treated area may be slightly swollen, but this can be quickly relieved by cooling and also covered with makeup immediately after the treatment. In some cases, in the first few days after the laser treatment, there is a slight crust formation and increased flaking of the skin - please do not manipulate the crust in order to avoid unnecessary risk of scarring. The crusts and scales dissolve by themselves after about five to ten days.
What do I have to pay attention to after the treatment?
So that the freshly closed vessels are not immediately flushed free again due to increased blood pressure or reflex vessel widening (overheating or increased blood flow), you should refrain from exercising and going to the sauna in the first few days after the laser treatment. Due to the increased UV sensitivity after the laser treatment, please pay attention to a sufficiently high sun protection factor (SPF 50+) in the first four weeks after the laser treatment and do not visit the solarium, so that there are no unwanted permanent pigment shifts.
What does the treatment cost?
Treatment with the laser is an optional service that you pay for yourself. The prices depend on the respective treatment. We will be happy to inform you about the costs of the treatment, which may be covered by your private or supplementary insurance, especially if it is medically indicated.
